The job:

You are an involved and strategic sparring partner for new and existing customers within the marine market. You will be responsible for further expanding our international market in cooperation with fellow Area Sales Managers as well as local business partners. You are an excellent communicator and are able to discuss and cooperate with the various levels within the organisation of our customers to extract their requirements. You will provide customized solutions together with our technical specialists, that enable our customers to improve the propulsion efficiency of their ships, leading to lower operating costs and less emissions. Information is translated into constructive ideas and proposals, which you will be able to sell both internally and externally.


Your profile:

An experienced and energetic Area Sales Manager who is able to work at a conceptual level and capable of convincing people at various levels within the organisation of our customers. You will have:


  • A proven track record in international sales of advanced technical solutions
  • Experience and network in the marine market.
  • Affinity with advanced technological products.
  • Experience with consultative selling.
  • Bachelor level in a preferably technical direction.
  • Living in (preferably Northern) Germany
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel.
